Terms and Conditions
Deposit required
A $20 deposit is required for every booking, we accept payments via Paynow. Booking will only be confirmed once payment is done. Please transfer within 3 hours, otherwise slots will be given to the next customer.

Once the booking is confirmed, no refund for the deposit.
The deposit will be forfeited if the customer does not show up for an appointment or exceed the grace period.
Punctuality
15 minutes of grace time will be given to all customers.​
Your appointment will be canceled and the deposit will be forfeited if you arrive after the grace period as it will affect customers coming in after you.
Booking
For customers who want to book 3 months in advance, do leave us a text via WhatsApp and we will update you accordingly. Otherwise please book your slots on the website, 1-2 weeks in advanced.
Cancellations/Refunds
To reschedule an appointment, please contact us via Whatsapp +65 8788 3622, 12 hours before your appointment
( subject to availability ) else the deposit will be forfeited.
Any cancellation or missed appointment deposit will be forfeited.
Modifications of these terms and condition
KEVA Beauty Academy reserves the rights to change terms and condition or any contents on the websites for any reason and without notice. This right shall not affect the Terms accepted by you upon making a legitimate reservation or purchase using this website. You should check these Terms for any changes each time you access the website.
Touch ups
Touch up will only be done if it is 75% intact and less than 2 weeks old.

How much will it cost

How long per session?
Lash extensions are applied while you are lying down with your eyes closed on a comfortable spa bed in a serene setting. This usually takes about 1-2 hours for a full set of lashes, but also depends on the set of lashes you decide to get. After prepping your lashes, your bottom lashes are protected with a gel eye pad, lash extensions are then applied 1-to-1 with medical-grade adhesive. It is a really relaxing, non-invasive treatment and most of our clients take the time to catch up on their beauty sleep!
How long will it last?
Retention will last up to 4-9weeks depending on how you maintain your lashes
How do I maintain my lashes?
Comb your lashes every morning and night after showering.
Do not go for facial / swimming/sauna/steam room for the first 24 hours.
Do not wash your face for the first 6 hours.
To remove eye makeup, we recommend you to use water-based makeup remover instead of oil-based.
Do not rub, pick or pull your eyes.
Avoid using an eyelash curler
Can I apply mascara ?
Yes, however you must only apply water based mascara. DO NOT USE OIL-BASED OR WATER-PROOF MASCARA. Waterproof mascara and any type of oil based mascara dissolves the bonding agent of the extensions and causes them to fall out sooner. When applying mascara, avoiding applying on the root area.
